Welcome to the online home of Voices of Christ Literary (VOC) Ministries International! For the past 9 years, we have served as a safe haven for Christian prophetic writers globally, specifically those who write the secret things the Lord reveals to their heart. Holy Spirit has created an environment within us in which these writers, who are often overlooked and misunderstood, are loved, accepted, affirmed, activated and encouraged in their individuality and uniqueness in Jesus Christ.
We have become a place of refuge, safety and security where they uncover their identities through the word, walk out God's original purpose and intent for their scribal ministries, and take their rightful place in the Kingdom. Our membership includes poets, spoken word artists, playwrights, songwriters, children's book authors, journalists, novelists, devotionalists and writers of administration and instruction -- all operating under the Matthew 13:52  anointing for the present day scribe. Our mission, vision and purpose is carried out through our prophetic School of the Scribe. We are not a performance or theatrical ministry -- however, we do walk out our divine creativity and ministry unto the Lord without inhibitions; and with passion and fervency for souls. We go into places where hope is needed like nursing homes, groups homes, community centers or wherever the Lord may need us to shine His light. But our primary focus is ensuring that the scribes of the King are rooted in the word, making full proof of their ministries. Like the scribes of old, we believe in apprenticeship so to speak, and the "maturing" of the gift as the sons of God grow in their faith. Our prayer is that VOC will become a resource and home for you along your scribal journey, and that the peace and blessings of the Lord and The Scribal Anointing overtake you in this season.

SEXPOSURE: SHING THE LIGHT OF THE LORD ON SECRET SIN |

Luke 12:2 says, "There is nothing covered up that will not be uncovered, or hidden that will not become known."
In this season the Lord is calling forth the voices of a remnant through poetry, spoken word, rap, song and other creative arts to shine the LIGHT OF THE LORD in the hearts of men concerning the reality and magnitude of secret sins in the midst of congregations across the country. This gathering of scribal warriors will address topics affecting our youth and young adults; as well as pastors and leaders in the body.
Faceless and nameless, they represent many sitting in our pews today who are struggling with devestating sin in their hearts by sharing powerful, and profound prophetic, poetic testimonies of overcoming sexual sin as well as the effects of physical, sexual and emotional abuse in an atmosphere saturated with intercession, prayer, praise, worship and ministry time for those in need of healing, strength and support to overcome.
Revelations 12:11 says, "They defeated him because of the Lamb's blood and because of the message of their witness. Even when facing death they did not cling to life."
This is a BODY event, meaning we are speaking to the church, and focusing exclusively on the need for confession, repentance and healing within local congregations around the world. WE NEED HEALING! As a body, we've suffered tremendous blows over the years from fallen leaders and tragedies played out through the media. Despite the crisis of the individuals involved, these things have affected all of us. This ministry event is an opportunity for pastors, youth leaders and other ministers of the gospel to walk into a place of reality concerning the issues of life many "born again believers" are presently dealing with in the body. This eye opening, revealing ministry event will change your life and fill you with the compassion of Jesus concerning sin! Best of all, we will join together to PRAY for repentance as awareness is raised. We are also providing an opportunity for leaders to experience the power of the worship arts through the ministry of the prophetic scribe.
1 Peter 4:10-11 says, "As each one has received some spiritual gift, he should use it to serve others, like good managers of God's many-sided grace -& if someone speaks, let him speak God's words; if someone serves, let him do so out of strength that God supplies; so that in everything God may be glorified through Yeshua the Messiah - to him be glory and power forever and ever. Amen."
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: General public, singles ministry leaders, pastors or other Christian community leaders. Children ages 14-17 are invited, however, they must be accompanied by a parent or ministry leader over the age of 21. Poets or artists interested in participating on the mic should contact Voices of Christ Literary Ministries International by email no later than Monday, May 31, 2010.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW:
This is a poetry and spoken word open mic ministry event that will address hidden sins in the lives of believers. Some of the testimonies addressed will be pornography, sexual addiction, masturbation, homosexuality, ungodly soul ties, suicide, depression, bisexuality, incest and rape, etc.
Seasoned ministers of the Gospel, whose ministries specialize in healing in these areas, will be at this event as intercessors and prayer warriors. They will provide valuable information, revelation and ministry time for those seeking to walk out James 5:14-16 in its fulness and/or who want more information about this specific area of ministry.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW:
Well, our vision from the Lord includes the following: (1) Provide a safe place under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to draw the hearts of men to a place of confession and repentance; (2) To awaken church leaders to the need for congregations to embrace the reality of the condition of believers in the midst; (3) To provide an opportunity for the prophetic, poetic testimony to go forth from the heart of Father's creative scribes for this rising generation; and (4) Create an atmosphere of intercession and love that creates a compassion in the hearts of Lords people concerning those hindered by sin. It is our hope that our congregations will not only become places where the judgment of the Lord is relayed; but a place where His compassion can be seen so that those Holy Spirit is drawing into the presence of the Lord can receive freedom amid the safety of brethren.
Luke 8:17 says, "For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nothing is covered up that will not be known and come out into the open."

THE SPIRIT OF REBEKAH: SHREWD MANIPULATOR |

Manipulation: exerting shrewd or devious influence especially for one's own advantage; fudge: tamper, with the purpose of deception; control (others or oneself) or influence skillfully, usually to one's advantage;
There are people who are waiting around, attempting to manipulate a blessing from the Lord's people in this season. Be watchful, don't let the spirit of manipulation that grabbed hold of Rebekah pervert your destiny and steal your blessing. We are a DISCERNING PEOPLE….
We are NOT BLIND like Isaac in this situation, but overwhelmed by Holy Spirit... and of clear sight. Trust the pull on the inside of you (Holy Spirit) that says, "Move slow. Don't jump into this. Get counsel. Don't rush to make a decision." Even hold fast to that check you get in your spirit that says, "Something here is just not right."
I tell you, REBEKAH is on the move in this season… and is willing to do ANYTHING to MANIPULATE HER DESTINY when "she believe" the Lord is not moving on her behalf. What the Lord wants you and I to see is that if we stand close to him (or ears pressed to his heartbeat), she will lose her power. Why? Because the light in you will EXPOSE HER PLOY!
Take a look at Rebekah in operation.
Genesis 27
1 And it came to pass, that when Isaac was old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest son, and said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I. 2 And he said, Behold now, I am old, I know not the day of my death: 3 Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; 4 And make me savory meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die.
And Rebekah heard when Isaac spake to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt for venison, and to bring it. And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau thy brother, saying, Bring me venison, and make me savory meat, that I may eat, and bless thee before the LORD before my death.
You see, Rebekah knew that A SPECIAL ANOINTING was about to fall on Esau. (How many of you are about to walk under the blessings of the Lord right now! Who's watching you to see what they can get or how they can benefit from your blessing?) She didn't want Esau to have it. She wanted her son Jacob to receive it. So she took INFORMATION that she OVERHEARD and USED IT FOR PERSONAL GAIN. With one "simple move" this woman manipulated her son and her husband without a care in the world.

Matthew 28:18-20 (CJB) says, "18 Yeshua came and talked with them. He said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore, go and make people from all nations into talmidim, immersing them into the reality of the Father, the Son and the Ruach HaKodesh, 20 and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember! I will be with you always, yes, even until the end of the age."
The Lord has been speaking deeply to my heart about the last command He gave on earth before ascending to Heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father. As part of my end of the year vision casting, the Lord placed this simple question in my heart: "Beloved, are you assisting me in making my people talmidim (disciples)?" I said, "Yes, Lord…," with the understanding that I had at the time. Like many of us, I began to check off what I was doing, teaching and looking even closer at how I was living. I began taking a stroll through my heart with Holy Spirit leading, asking him to reveal anything within me that would block my maturity and growth in the Father.
Then he asked me another question. He said, "Beloved… prophet, are you IMMERSING THEM into the REALITY of the FATHER, the SON and HOLY SPIRIT…"
I answered, "Yes, Lord… I am doing all that I know to do through you…"
Then, the Lord said nothing else to me about this subject for a while. Yet, I found myself following up with a study that was required of me on the "ministry of Jesus." My mentor asked me to IMMERSE MYSELF IN JESUS' LIFE --- learning everything I could about who HE IS, WHAT HE DID and WHAT HE commanded of us. This word IMMERSION (IMMERSING) means to sink into the water until what has been sunk is completely covered, and all the air bubbles and crevices are filled. This immersion is becoming ONE. It is a place of being so saturated and so full that we drip with the water. (I saw a vision of a heavy towel being pulled from a stream. It was so immersed that the towel took the shape of the water's pull as I lifted it up.) I could see that this immersion is a place of being so FULL… that the heaviness of the water and the reality of its presence is outwardly and inwardly apparent, obvious and always present.
