Welcome to the online home of Voices of Christ Literary (VOC) Ministries International! For the past 9 years, we have served as a safe haven for Christian prophetic writers globally, specifically those who write the secret things the Lord reveals to their heart. Holy Spirit has created an environment within us in which these writers, who are often overlooked and misunderstood, are loved, accepted, affirmed, activated and encouraged in their individuality and uniqueness in Jesus Christ.
We have become a place of refuge, safety and security where they uncover their identities through the word, walk out God's original purpose and intent for their scribal ministries, and take their rightful place in the Kingdom. Our membership includes poets, spoken word artists, playwrights, songwriters, children's book authors, journalists, novelists, devotionalists and writers of administration and instruction -- all operating under the Matthew 13:52 anointing for the present day scribe. Our mission, vision and purpose is carried out through our prophetic School of the Scribe. We are not a performance or theatrical ministry -- however, we do walk out our divine creativity and ministry unto the Lord without inhibitions; and with passion and fervency for souls. We go into places where hope is needed like nursing homes, groups homes, community centers or wherever the Lord may need us to shine His light. But our primary focus is ensuring that the scribes of the King are rooted in the word, making full proof of their ministries. Like the scribes of old, we believe in apprenticeship so to speak, and the "maturing" of the gift as the sons of God grow in their faith. Our prayer is that VOC will become a resource and home for you along your scribal journey, and that the peace and blessings of the Lord and The Scribal Anointing overtake you in this season.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Word from the Lord for 2010 is specifically for scribes of the King. Many people question end of the year prophecies. But for me, I believe that one of the primary responsibilities of a prophet is to go before the Lord in prayer and ASK, SEEK & KNOCK concerning the things the people of God are in need of... and tarry there until we get an answer. Because of the type of ministry the Lord has placed under VOC's mantle, it is urgent that I do this. Why? Because we need to know the Lord's will concerning us as a corporate body as well as individually. So, this is how this prophetic word (and some of the other prophecies that you will find here) came forth. Scribal Prophecy for 2010:
My Word Will Go Forth Like a Flying Scroll Across the Earth
Revealed and Released Oct. 2009-December 2009
Romans 1:16(CJB): "For I am not ashamed of the Good News, since it is God's powerful means of bringing salvation to everyone who keeps on trusting, to the Jew especially, but equally to the Gentile. For in it is revealed how God makes people righteous in his sight; and from beginning to end it is through trust -- as the Tanakh puts it, but the person who is righteous will live his life by trust."
Romans 1:16(AMP): I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 17For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."
The Lord said plainly that 2010 is a mighty year for the obedient Matthew 13:52scribe of the King. It is the year for the obedient scribe, the one who has not withheld His trumpet; the one who has not been ashamed of the message entrusted to him; but who has been quick to study, meditate on, write and release exactly what He has placed in them in the way in which He has placed it with great precision -- nothing added, nothing missing.
This new season is one in which these thirsty, hungry and desperate-for-Jesus-scribes will come completely out of Babylon in Godly confidence, stand firm on the Word of God, receive great clarity and understanding concerning the POWER their voice and purpose in the earth, and rise at a greater level with a greater boldness in their call to write. He is saying that you are a part of this remnant, a part of this army that He has been assimilating for such a time as this.
1 Kings 19:18 says,(CJB): "Still, I will spare seven thousand in Isra'el, every knee that hasn't bent down before Ba'al and every mouth that has not kissed him."
1 Kings 19:18(NKJV): "Yet I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him."
The Lord is saying, don't be fooled! While some have slumbered, this “ready” remnant has been awake, waiting for their orders. He has hidden many in a secret place with him for this specific time, now the veil over them has been removed. (See 2009 Scribal Prophecy: God’s Uncompromising Army)
Many of God's scribes have overcome some serious traumas in their lives through the healing power of the Jesus. When I say overcome, I earnestly mean that they are no longer controlled by the things that have happened to them; and they are not overridden and burdened down by guilt because of the things they've done.
We serve a forgiving God. He forgives the perpetrators in our lives AND He brings healing to those who may have suffered at their hands. No matter what we do or what we've been through -- the same Lord loves us all. There are also traumas caused by things beyond our control like tragic accidents, natural disasters, acts of war or even terrorist attacks. In the midst of all this pain, the Lord Jesus has still brought and is bringing forth great healing in our lives... and there are testimonies waiting to be released.
Whether we want to or not, the born again believer will be faced with situations in which that testimony will be released. Some of God's people will even write their testimonies as a memorial to their families and/or as a gift to the world. Many, many people will be convicted, healed, delivered and set free.
Web site design is not simple. I'm not a professional, in the sense of a guru or anything, but I am also not an amateur. I've worked with clients with deep pocket books and those working on a budget. I've learned that purchasing web design services is much like buying a house or a car: You must determine "what you need" verses "what you want" before ever stepping through the doors of any web designers office.
The next decision you need to make, even before calculating your budget, is determining what type of web design project will work best for you verses what type of design looks the best. Why? Well, I've watched many people sink hundreds or thousands of dollars into something "pretty" that winds up being outdated and non-functional in as little as six months. What's even worse is that many of these sites can't "just be updated," primarily because of the intricacy of some of the designs.
For the author, minister, church leader or even the individual just wanting to connect with the world in a global way -- complete with their own identity, having a website isn't just a cool idea -- it's a necessity. For those who like to pick my brain (and this is what I get paid for in my consulting business), they quickly learn the ins and outs of how this business works. By doing so, they are able to protect themselves from scams; determine how much money is too much to dish out; determine what makes a web site effective ; narrow down their needs verses their wants; and to ultimately walk away with a project that WORKS for them verses one that will be a burden down the road.
Those do-it-yourself websites are okay when you're learning; but as your business grows and your audience expands, you must learn to INVEST in yourself and give those in need of your products, services or information a reason to stop by and concern themselves with what you do. Personally, I would never purchase anything from a website that looks a mess unless I personally know the owner or stopped by on referral.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
1. Decide what you want your website to accomplish before contacting a designer. Spend some time in prayer asking the Lord what message he wants you to convey. Is your website going to be focused on a single book; a ministry, a product or some services, or something else? The first step is always going to be placing your thoughts on paper. Make a list of the top five things that you want visitors to learn when they visit. Consider why you want them to come back.

They are coming to an understanding that while blogging and social networking is good, it still requires hours of their time, maintenance and a strong blogging presence. Websites, even with the booming social networking industry, are still staples of good marketing.
As this reality sets in, many authors are working within a budget and cannot afford to invest hundreds, not to mention thousands into a design -- nor do they want to do this. According to 720media.com, the average website for any entrepreneur, growing business or individual ranges from $500 to $1,500 for as few as 5 to 10 pages. For those in need of web design services exceeding 15 pages the costs can be as high as $2,500 for a unique design. What's even more challenging is that once a site is up and running, not all authors have the technical knowledge or interest in updating their site. As a result, they battle the added costs of paying someone (sometimes those same companies) monthly fees to do it.
